This product is probably better than I can imagine. The instructions are so difficult! There's all these different lengths of button presses and different triggers, whether you want to use one or two at the same time. There doesn't seem to be any way to tell if they're charged other than when they turn on, and who knows how much time you have left? When I open the case, red and blue lights flash on it and I have no idea what that could mean. I lost the small portable insert that came with them. So when I want to use them, I charge them (because they don't hold a charge if they're not used for a while) and then randomly press buttons until I can get music to play through both. The sound is good and people I've spoken to on the phone say they can hear me pretty well. They block out ambient noise so well that I have to take one out to talk to someone next to me when I'm playing something. I've noticed that one of them disconnects intermittently and as far as I can tell it's the second one that keeps reconnecting to my phone. It's a bit annoying but doesn't bother me as I'm not a fan of sound quality. By far the best thing for me is the shape. Something about the shape of my ears prevents me from wearing regular in-ear headphones (the hard ones you get on Apple products definitely won't stay in my ears) unless they have a little rubber tip, and even then most of the time they aren't either. They're too small and pop out when I move too much, or they're too big and uncomfortable. The little thing with the wings allows me to push them in just enough so they don't pop out and still be quite comfortable. Considering it's the only pair of headphones I've ever been able to keep in my ears when I'm working out and gardening, that's good enough for me.
