I want to start by saying that I love this product. I think it might be due to the price drop, but it works well when used at least once a week. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because price is #1. It was $15 for this little jar. and #2, when I received it I was excited until I opened the box and saw that it looked dirty on the outside. I thought maybe dirt got into the box. I wiped it off and opened the jar and there were particles and hair in it. I contacted support and they refunded my money thank heavens. but I recommend getting it from a salon or something. Unless you're willing to take the risk. I just feel this product is expensive and we should buy it NEW. I mean it happens on our bodies. The product itself is good especially if you have dry hair like mine. I also use dandruff shampoo. I think the front colors are green with mint leaves and I use purple conditioner and this stuff which is a more concentrated version of Reg. Air conditioning. What I do is at least 30 minutes before showering (sometimes longer) I mist my hair with water to hydrate it. Then I apply a generous amount all over the hair and even on the scalp. Add a little extra at the ends though. and I take a plastic hair piece or just a bobby pin and leave it on my hair for about 30 minutes. When it should go fast. Take a hair dryer and set it on warm or hot air and dry your hair with it for about 10-15 minutes. Applying heat is best. When the time is up, I shower as usual, wash my body first, then rinse, shampoo and condition my hair as usual. I believe my method works much better than what is written on the jar.
