The consultants we work with are extremely professional, are able to communicate complex topics in simple terms and have a great sense of humor. There were no downsides that I can think of. Our consultant's team has been very responsive to our requests and have gone above and beyond what needed to be done. I would highly recommend EntryPoint for any size organization looking to implement an ERP system or just get some guidance on their existing system. We used EntryPoint at a large corporation where they implemented a new SAP system. We also used them for implementation of a new SAP system to support our existing ERP system.
