Review on New Balance 411V1 Running Black Sports & Fitness by Charles Chambers

I have had NB 609 shoes for many years and although I could replace them I would not pay full asking price. These shoes are actually more comfortable than the 609s. I'm a size 10 and wear them almost every day. Very convenient. Would buy them again. Update: I buy a pair of these NB MW411 hiking shoes every 6 months. I easily bought 6-8 pairs. I wear these shoes every day. I've found that they start to come off in one or both of two places: 1) internally between the skin and the sole, between the end of the big toe and the bursitis, and/or 2) the sole of the toe. begins to detach. What keeps me coming back is the price and the comfort of the shoe. I take them to the local shoe store and they have the soles re-glued for $5-10. This is usually enough to fully utilize the shoe without discarding it prematurely. For any pair purchased, to get a 5 star rating from me, they need to last at least 6 months without needing repairs. It's still a good shoe but I wish the glue held up better.
