For five days a week
I work out 5 days a week and these masks are really good, I do cardio (30 minutes bike, 1 hour walk and weight machines 30 abs 15 lower back) and these masks let me breathe comfortably on during my two-hour workout. I hand wash them, rinse them with laundry sanitizer and hang them to dry. Note: With washing, the black color will come off, but the masks still look new. No, the color doesn't come off your face when you sweat, which I do A LOT!
