Hey, if you're like me, I'm a bear rut at the beginning of winter. I rub my back against bookshelves, doors, etc. trying to get to that annoying spot in the middle of my back that itches terribly. Pumped up three but I can't get to the damn place This simple little tool is a piece of heaven. This allows me to get to that spot easily and scratch it to my heart's content. I can also use it over or under a shirt. Large glasses can be worn wonderfully over a shirt. The smaller ridges on the other hand work great on bare skin.
