Can't say it worked while I was away, the air was the same when I came back, it's been like this since day one, overpriced and not worth the money, buy yourself more cheap. and they work great as with the cheap one you can tell the difference in the air after use. I cannot return or exchange it. Now i waited for a long time hoping it will work better but nothing burns energy the first day i really want to exchange, can't get a refund just get another one, if the company sees this can you help me and an exchange do it please Tks Wayne
