My garage overhaul included metal cabinets with all doors 1/4" perforated sheet metal. After reading countless reviews of different swivel hooks and the pros and cons I saw in the reviews, I decided on this product. The cabinet door's perforated panel limits what you can actually do with it, and at the same time my slatted walls that were added in the remodel, including as a rear syringe above my wheeled tool trolley, have very few options other than mostly large hooks since you're using branded hooks have to. On a whim I decided to try these pegs (just the ones that aren't just a peg or hook) in my slatted back panel to hold tools and they work great for holding the most commonly used tools, which my wife doesn't have to go to the tool trolley if she needs a screwdriver, for example. I was really torn between using the Proslat product behind a tool trolley and a breadboard but I had a little more and it was insanely expensive for me not to use everything then you quickly realize it's really not for little ones Hand Tools is, so this covers the basics for me. Baskets are definitely the best part of this set. They work well with a 1/4" pegboard because although they are made of thinner metal than hooks, they are coated in a rubber material and hold up well and are also ideal for a slatted wall. I was willing to be disappointed with this product and in the end I was satisfied.
