I have purchased several other Brother products and have always found them reliable. This is a truly multifunctional business laser device that is easy to use from the first time. The print quality is also excellent. One thing I noticed is that you should use the paper they recommend to avoid printer jams. The paper loader holds more than one stack of paper, which is a plus so you don't have to add paper when you're busy. However, because the paper is consumed when it reaches halfway through the mark, paper jams can occur if you are not using Hammermill 20+ lb antijam paper.
