Cools but does not support
I bought this pillow because I like a different pillow and wanted one for extra support and for relaxing on a full size bed/deck swing but this one doesn't support at all. The case is huge around a thin soft pillow. Imagine a regular sized pillow in a king sized pillowcase and you have an idea. I use these pillows to align my body so my back and hips don't hurt when I wake up, but this one is flat and sleeps like nothing. The cotton pillowcase will cool down but may be empty. I do not recommend this. I would give 2.5-3 stars.
