Does not replace a clay stick but is good for quick cleaning. My car was spattered by the road crew (tar stains all over the car). It worked well on windows but was unable to completely remove tar stains from stained areas or a see-through bra. I also ordered a stripped down version (yellow) so it might be better suited for this application. It was definitely quicker and more convenient to use than the clay stick, but the difference was obvious when I applied the clay to the area that was on the glove. just cleaned up. The surface was clean after the clay and still had visible (albeit diminishing) black tar spots after the glove went through. I burned most of the pole on this job, so it wasn't an easy job.
