I accidentally snapped off the original charger's plug, preventing it from plugging properly into the outlet and charging my laptop or anything plugged into the USB port. I badly needed a new one. Delivery of a rescued laptop in one day! I doubted just one from the Microsoft Store would cost less than half the price. When I received it I compared it to my original charger and everything matched! I also liked the secure packaging which made sure it didn't get broken in transit (as you can see my box knocked on a corner). As soon as I plugged it in, my laptop was able to charge. If necessary, I will definitely buy from this shop! 10/10!
