The ability to create custom filters that can be used in multiple ways - either as an individual filter or by combining with other similar ones (ease of use). Would have been great if there was more customization options available when creating new templates so you don't need too much experience working within this platform before being able add your own designs etc., but it's not really difficult once familiarized yourself! Great tool if looking into using social analytics tools such us Google Analytics which will allow marketers access insights about how users interact via different channels e..g Facebook vs Instagram ads versus email newsletters & landing pages.
