Difficult to cut

Difficult to cut. I have two die cutting machines and neither is cutting the dies. I even used a few pieces of paper as spacers. Two flowers cut well, but I had to run them through the machine 3 or 4 times to get them all the way through. Detailed not cut through to the end. The relief matrix could be cut, but the relief part was hardly visible. It's better to buy them separately than to have two of the four that work just fine.
