Review on WiMS by John Hall

I like that we can access our records from anywhere via mobile devices or computers so there is no need for paper files! The system was easy enought for employees who are not computer savvy but still wanted some benefits out it such as creating their own profile online etc., however they should have made this option more obvious than just showing them how many tabs were available when first logging into website instead of having an entire page dedicated towards explaining everything about what each tab could do/show you!! We use wims at my job where i am responsible with billing customers services and repairs issues for all utilities including water heaters gas lines electric line service inspections powerlines plumbing and sewage systems maintenence repair customer complaints reporting ect..
