We received the first kit very quickly after ordering which was a plus. We opened the box and found that one of the two cones was so scratched that it was unreadable. We processed the exchange, received the replacement quickly, opened the box and had the same experience as the first time. So two orders to get a set which was fine. We returned everything. There really should be more protection around each cone to prevent them from pressing and rubbing against each other, and the cones should have a protective coating to keep the graphics from scratching easily.
