Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy S20 5G 128GB - Cloud Blue for GSM Carriers by Akemi Akio ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

In the current era of shovel phones, it's hard to find a phone that combines convenience and performance. As a person who runs a lot and leads an active lifestyle, I really would not want something in my pocket to interfere with me. The Samsung Galaxy S20, which, on top of everything else, has good water protection, was the best option for me. I got used to it for about a week. The functionality is great, it requires study and customization. The fingerprint scanner is built into the screen and reads even a drooling finger. The trick is that you need to put your finger firmly enough, exactly at the scanning site and at the right angle. Because of this, when hastily applied, there may be failures. I am completely satisfied with the purchase, I do not regret a single spent on this phone.

Pros
  • 1. Relative compactness. 2. Performance. 3. A screen where pixels are not visible. 4. Quality of shooting (even in the dark). 5. There is a slot for a memory card (unlike S21). 6. E-sim. 7. During the night it is discharged by 2-6%. 8. Fast charging - fully charged in just about an hour. 9. Convenient interface. 10. IP68 protection (but I will not check, of course). 11. Powerful speaker.
Cons
  • 1. Built-in base software is so-so - my last Sony Xperia X Compact phone had a more convenient gallery application that did not overwrite the date of the image after it was rotated. And the camera application on this Samsung is too overloaded, the interface covers a significant area of the screen, which interferes with the perception of shooting. 2. There were rumors that the phone is very hot. Really gets very hot, but only when running games of medium and high gluttony. With basic use, overheating was not noticed. On the other hand, if it is already warming up, then let the heat be removed outside than it remains inside. 3. The charge is enough for a maximum of a day with basic use. If you play something powerful - two or three recharges per day are provided. 4. The fingerprint scanner takes about a second to read, while on my past Sony Xperia X Compact worked somewhere in a third of a second. This is probably the cost of the fact that the scanner is built right into the screen, so I treated this minus with understanding. 5. Curved screen. It's beautiful, but sometimes taps work with a simple hold, which annoys me.
