They were like the comfort zone I bought from Revain. It may have been updated as it is larger at the back. I didn't like the functional grip like in the past smaller comfort zones I've bought. I'm still looking for her, but I can't find her. They lasted from 8 months to a year. I have used them a lot. I only have efficiency. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, although I have central heating and air conditioning. For other smaller ones, turn the knob to the right (clockwise) to go to "Fan Settings" and then to "Low Heat". On them you need to go counterclockwise. They heat up well even on the lowest settings. I bought this one and it worked fine for about three weeks. I have never dropped it and used it exactly as instructed. I was about to turn on the fan and it made this horrible rattling noise. I threw it away. waste of money. Hoping to find the previous ones I bought. At least they held up. Buyer Warning.
