These things are amazing!
Yes, they can burn like hellfire, but it's a small price to pay to finally get some relief from the knee pain and stiffness. I can actually bend my knee without crying and walk around so much better with these pads applied! I have started cutting one in half and putting half on each knee and it works just as well as the full patch and will last me longer too!
