Works great with Nvidia Shield Pro

My review of the AuviPal G9 Pro Remote with Google Voice Assistant, focusing on use with Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019 model tested). As a Shield TV Pro owner, I found this AuviPal G9 Pro remote/keyboard/air mouse to cover all the bases for me with buttons (and mostly does it well). A global press of the microphone button will activate Google Assistant on the Nvidia Shield (optional). ). The language selection works well too. In addition, a good, even illumination of all keys at the front and back. The bad: In my opinion, the overall design of the AuviPal G9 Pro remote looks cheap, disposable, plastic (e.g. the case bends, creaks. Side panels were found). There's no tactile bumps on the D-Pad ring and OK button to indicate what you're touching. The cross ring sits too flush for my taste. Keystrokes are sometimes skipped when the remote first wakes from sleep mode. The 200mAh battery is non-replaceable. Unknown: IR buttons first. I have a newer Samsung TV that uses a Bluetooth remote so I really can't use the 4 IR buttons that come with it for my needs. Second, the battery life. I've only had this remote for about a week at the time of writing this review, so I can't say how long it will last on a single charge. When it arrived, the built-in battery took less than an hour to charge, and so far the AuviPal G9 Pro remote continues to drive the Nvidia Shield Pro with no issues. Conclusion: The AuviPal G9 Pro Remote might not seem very reliable, but for the price and the convenience it offers, I would definitely recommend buying it for use with the Nvidia Shield TV Pro. Hope this review helps.
