I almost didn't buy this because of the mixed reviews, but I needed a reusable pod to use my own coffee since I wasn't liking the ones from Nespresso themselves. I picked up espresso beans from Starbucks and had them ground at the store- they just did an espresso grind. Super easy to use the pod and I suddenly love my Nespresso machine again, my drinks taste just like Starbucks drinks now! My only qualm is that it's annoying to clean it every time as I make one every day, but I may just need to buy a second one. So glad I purchased this
