I bought this phone case because of its durability and price. When I opened the packaging, I genuinely thought that they had shipped me a phone WITH the case because it was so heavy (definitely a plus for me). But it's just that the case is THAT durable. HOWEVER - big negative "feature" - is that upon installing and sealing my phone, I immediately lost all signal/service on my phone. I updated my carrier settings, I restarted my phone, I removed it from the case and reseated it - nothing. No service whatsoever. This phone case is a VERY durable case and worth every penny for that feature alone, but it literally made my phone unusable. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
