What I like best is that it solves all my problems in one place, so all of our employees can have access to real-time information about what's going on with their clients' cases at any time from anywhere! It also makes tracking progress easy for me as well as having alerts set up to notify when an update is made or if there are issues related to deadlines. Honestly nothing really -- but this may be because we haven't implemented everything yet. If you're looking for something simple, this isn't the right tool for you. We needed some way for multiple people at different locations to be able to see client updates without having to individually check each person's emails every day/week/month. This has solved that problem nicely by allowing us to share files directly through Google Drive (which then syncs back into the system) where everyone can edit simultaneously.
