Excellent solution and excellent support

What I like best is that it solves all my problems in one place, so all of our employees can have access to real-time information about what's going on with their clients' cases at any time from anywhere! It also makes tracking progress easy for me as well as having alerts set up to notify when an update is made or if there are issues related to deadlines. Honestly nothing really -- but this may be because we haven't implemented everything yet. If you're looking for something simple, this isn't

Pros
  • Easy accessibility no need ever again needing physical office space.
  • Can view documents remotely via mobile app; upload docs easily too..this thing doesn’t know how many times i've forgotten papers due tomorrow just sitting here trying not remembering them :)
Cons
  • The free version does NOT allow users much functionality beyond basic editing capabilities
  • All work should only pertain within your industry
