It's hard not to laugh at the "instructions" that come with this car. There is a picture of a car with mislabeled parts. that's all. *facepalm* For those with a technical flair, this is easy to understand. Otherwise, here are some basic instructions: Use small screws (you'll need a Phillips screwdriver, which isn't included (it came with a flat-head screwdriver for some reason) to attach each shelf to the frame that it goes with You can drill it or at least mark the position of the screws to keep everything aligned so you don't lose them.Boxed screws.A black washer comes in front of each screw and a silver metal cap fits over the screw head for a clean look.Use then bolts (shown as screws in the instructions. Definitely wrong) to connect the sides to the top, then add the middle shelf and finally the bottom shelf and rails (it will be upside down) There is only four places you will need a nut you will need 16 bolts and 4 nuts I have 35 bolts practice and 5 nuts. Admire your work and burn the useless instructions that came with it.
