I bought this camera for my son to use on vacation. He's 7 and this is his first camera. It's very easy to use. Has some scaling options. Pretty small and compact, just what you need when traveling. Image quality is pretty good, not amazing but I wasn't expecting it. I had trouble understanding the battery the first time. There is a small piece of plastic that flips out to hold the battery in place. Does the manual say anything about this? Seems too bad not to mention first that I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong, but I managed to find a solution myself. Charging was great and lasted a couple of days before needing a top up. We didn't test how deep you can get the camera, but it got wet and was fine. Overall I would recommend this as a fairly inexpensive waterproof camera for kids.
