The team of professionals we work with is very collaborative, flexible in their approach to solving problems, great at listening to our needs/requirements - they also have an excellent sense for detail. They do not shy away from asking difficult questions or pushing us out into new territory when it's needed. It can be hard sometimes to know where you stand within your scope as there may seem like many projects going on simultaneously; however this does add some variety which keeps things interesting! Sometimes I feel that my input isn't valued enough but then again maybe its just me being picky?
