Since I've been using this toothpaste many years ago, the number of caries has decreased significantly. I am 50 years old and by the time I turned 40, every time I went to the dentist I got tooth decay. After much frustration, I realized I had to do something different. I can't even remember how I found out about this toothpaste. I've been using it for about 4 years now and I think I've had several cavities during that time and they were small. My children have also had the best results. My teeth really grind when I brush with this toothpaste. I also recommended it to someone whose grandson had really bad dental exams and she said it helped a lot. I only use a pea sized amount and although it's expensive it saves me a lot of money on dental work.
