The texture is honestly like a more elastic glue and it holds well and for a long time, but it looks very unnatural. It moves your eyebrow hairs and makes it stick whichever way you move your brush, which is great if that's what you're looking for, but if you want a more natural look, I would not recommend it. My wife is 4'11" and got a size small, but this dress is far too long for her. The dress fits her a bit tightly as well and took some effort to zip up the back. I purchased the Ringke Fusion back cover specifically for the hand strap. I knew in advance the hand strap slots were on the left side, (looking from the front) just above left corner.
