The fact that I can adjust this belt exactly to my needs is fantastic. My waist is constantly "between the holes" on a standard belt, and I have to either over-tighten (uncomfortable!) or over-loose (dangerous!). With this belt I can tighten it exactly as I need it and I'm very happy with it. I'll give you a word of warning: practice REMOVING your belt before you put it on. Practice with a small bar. I didn't and almost got into a serious accident driving and unable to remove the seat belt. haha
