. Earphone for headset. The sound quality is good, it's light and people can hear me well, no problem. Perfect for those obligatory conference calls and phone training sessions that just keep going (god, will this ever end?). The earbud can get warm after the fourth hour, but that's probably because the marrow exiting your ear is itself quite warm. Having only one earbud can be confusing for some people as most people are used to having two, but they adjust quickly and leave one ear comfortably open. So you can stick an ice pick in your head the next time someone asks a silly question that's already been answered, e.g. B. 5 minutes ago. I didn't give it 5 stars just because I equate it to a small torture device that my company likes to use on me. But believe me, without a headset it was MUCH worse.
