Review on LAETAN by Richard Kuntz

Although LAETAN is known for its premium men's apparel, accessories, and jewelry, their customer service is far from ideal. I recently become a customer, and I was dissatisfied with their lack of concern and attentiveness. Despite the care and artistry put into each piece, I had problems with my order that took too long to be resolved. Dealing with ineffective personnel who didn't appear to understand my concerns or provide any practical answers was irritating. The online purchase experience was also a little clumsy and challenging to manage, in my opinion. The usability and organization of the website may use some improvement. Although I like the high caliber of the things LAETAN offers, their customer service and online buying experience are far from satisfactory. I would think about doing business with them once more in the future if they could resolve these problems.
