was corrupt Like many people who have written reviews for this refurbished product, yes it is a refurbished product. That. I specialize in PC and immediately realized it was a paging problem. TBH, I expected this to happen. Nowadays 4GB is not enough to install Win 10, Chrome and all your add-ons. Any apps you use or have built in, like Onedrive, Google Drive, etc. I suggest getting another 4GB VRAM stick and installing that. Find a tutorial on how to change the paging file and make sure it takes up as much disk space as possible. This will solve any laptop freezing issue. It's only $30 extra dollars and 20 minutes of your time. I believe you can upgrade to 16GB. This is more than enough for most people's needs. Otherwise, this notebook is a dream. It can play AAA games on low to medium settings. It's very fast, do a Ryzen + m.2 combo. It has just the right number of ports and a great keyboard. If you are on a budget and want to gamble. It's not a bad option at all. If you need it for professional reasons like me. Even just to look at it is a bit redundant. A great investment if you don't plan on upgrading in the next few years. I cannot recommend this line enough. They really are worth every penny. I will leave 3/12 stars. If you're someone who doesn't want to bother opening it to expand storage. this is not for you It just doesn't have enough RAM to hit the standard Win10 load. When you're ready. This is a great product.
