Using the standard Microflex Diamond Grip glove (which is an excellent medical exam glove even for most purposes), I found this to be the best glove I have ever seen. Pros: They are very thick (similar to most standard medical triple glove gloves) and the length of a surgical glove. The material is surprisingly soft considering its thickness. It's just a step away from your mother's yellow dishwashing gloves. Cons: However, because this glove is very thick on the fingers, it can be difficult to use in medical situations where delicacy is required. (They made it difficult to detect a radial artery pulse and almost impossible to detect a carotid artery pulse, and I would not dare try to palpate a vein to do things like draw blood etc do while I'm wearing this - you're just not going to feel much.) In general, this is an excellent choice for those who need extra chemical resistance or are in a harsh and/or uncontrolled environment where that's your primary concern is to have a moderate level of puncture resistance and a high tear resistance.
