Great team of people, very responsive support/sales rep! Very knowledgeable about our industry niche (nonprofit).

They made it easy for us as an organization that does not have in-house expertise with this platform or software, which is great because we could focus more energy elsewhere instead. Would like better integration between platforms - especially when you're working across multiple programs within one agency / nonprofit client relationship. We are solving problems by consolidating communications from various sources into 1 place so they can be easily accessed & managed.
