Let me start by saying that I love this product. This is a must have for my travels and I bought it for all my family members. But I'm having an issue with my device where the case is cracking due to the "battery bloat" problem that's common with lithium-ion batteries. Even the charging lights, red and blue, lit up at the same time when I connected it to the network. I am writing this review for two reasons. First of all, there is no support contact information in the seller's profile, so I'm leaving a review here. Second, learn from other customers if this is a common problem or not. Yes, the device is inexpensive and I can buy another one if I want to. But for the sake of the environment, I would like to be able to simply swap out the battery and continue using the product. But that option to buy/replace the battery doesn't seem to be available either. I hope the seller is willing to work with me to resolve the issue so I can continue using the product and post a follow up review to share with everyone. what happened after I posted this review. Until I solve the battery problem, I don't want to buy a new product.
