I wanted to return this product due to concerns about its usefulness - I immediately called Bill at the Chemistry Center to say he would be happy to accept returns including return postage. After talking to him about the product and trying his suggestion, it was clear that the product was indeed pure and lived up to the hype (probably even higher quality than he can list as that would require a prohibitively expensive FDA evaluation ). He then also went out of his way to help me find another product and even referred me to a single supplier who could offer a fair price.
