I like that you can set up different packages for your customers, so they get what is best suited to their needs without having too many options available at once (which would be confusing). It's also nice when there are updates because it makes things easier if something goes wrong with my service or billing information changes - which happens often these days! The only thing about this product/service itself was how long did take between getting an answer from customer support as well sometimes taking forever before someone actually responded back after receiving several messages in order of priority etc.. Also not really sure why we needed more than one email address associated but maybe thats just me being dumb haha? Not much else other then those few points mentioned above- great pricing option compared some others out here who charge higher rates per month even though its less bandwidth usage overall!!
