The best thing about kt net is that it has great customer service, they always are there to help you with any questions or problems i have ever had their been very helpful! They also offer free calls back for issues as well which was good because my phone line would disconnect every time someone called me so having them call me right away solved this problem too!! I like the fact that they have a great customer service. The customer service agent I dealt with was very patient and answered all my questions. Also, they have a great website, I liked that I could use it to find out more information about them. I also liked being able to pay with just a card and not having to enter any information. I like that you can set up different packages for your customers, so they get what is best suited to their needs without having too many options available at once (which would be confusing). It's also nice when there are updates because it makes things easier if something goes wrong with my service or billing information changes - which happens often these days! The only thing about this product/service itself was how long did take between getting an answer from customer support as well…
