I like the fact that they have a great customer service. The customer service agent I dealt with was very patient and answered all my questions. Also, they have a great website, I liked that I could use it to find out more information about them. I also liked being able to pay with just a card and not having to enter any information. I did not like that the website was a little difficult to navigate, but the customer service agent was very patient and helped me through it. I think that this is a great company to deal with. They have great customer service and a great website. I would recommend them to anyone. I used them to get internet and a router.
