My wife knew Hot Tools styling irons were a great affordable brand. I was excited to see how this would change the look of my straight, curly hair. So where "I” is written below, my wife writes, not me. • I like the combination of black and gold. • It is very thin and light. • I didn't realize the wand was almost square until I got it. I thought it was rounder than my other hot 1 inch tool. • The stick is longer than I expected. • I have trouble curling my hair, possibly because my hair is shoulder length and the wand is designed for long hair. Hair. • I like the idea that there is a little knob to set the temperature that can easily be changed to a different temperature. • It heats up very quickly. The lower temperature helps me not to damage the hair. • I like that a fire protection glove is included. • It says "put tape" but I didn't get that result. Maybe I just need more practice to get the results I want. • In terms of price, it's too expensive for a curling iron. But if I like curly hair I will definitely buy this one because it really works compared to another brand I've had for a long time.
