I admit I was captivated by the sound of dubstep. The hot hand is much more than I expected. Now I will repeat what others have said. This won't produce any sound, you'll need an envelope filter of the original audio and/or a distortion pedal or pretty much anything that has an expression input. Now to say that it acts like an expression pedal isn't quite right, its 3-axis control allows you to play with the wavelength and speed of the LFO, giving you dubstep swing. This works with keyboards and guitars! I've tried it on Roland Gaia and Juno and on guitar with the Boss GT-100. I play Industrial, Dubstep and Harsh EBM. I have both an envelope filter and a distortion pedal paired with a BFX zoom and it gives me a nice deep dirty low end. One final note: there is a slight learning curve going from fun to frustration and back to fun. Don't expect the sound you want to come right out of the box.
