Review on Breakout Room by Victor Garro

It is easy to use, it saves all chat history in one place and I can easily sort by date or type of activity. Some features could be improved, especially the interface it has right now in Mac makes it hard to navigate around. For example, in some instances, if you click on more than 3 people at once in the chat history, the list starts jumping back and forth making it very difficult to find what you are looking for. We have been able to solve many issues with our customer service team that used to take weeks or months to fix them.
