Replaces the stock radiator on a 2000 Mazda Protege. The OEM unit was "stressed" when my neighbor failed to notice that the condenser fan had failed (both electric fans were supposed to be running with the A/C on). The cooler got very hot and the lower mechanical connection (the LARGE sealing ring ensures a tight seal) between the core and the plastic cooler housing failed. Replaced both hoses (20+ years old) which were soft and squishy as well as the condenser fan assembly. What would have cost more than $600 was under $150 at the store, including antifreeze. And it only took about an hour to remove and replace the old radiator. Fits perfectly as a factory block. Denso has quality products.
