This company is very transparent and easy to deal with. They make all the aspects of hosting very easy. They have a very good tech team and the support is fast and on a higher level. They don't have a very good control of the VPS but if you have a very big VPS and you have a server with more than 10 VPS's you don't have to worry. But sometimes the control panel can be very annoying. Try to have a VPS with a good amount of ram if you have the time. RAIDBOXES is definitely a company you can count on. They make the VPS control easy. They are very transparent and you can find the technical aspects very easy. The support is great, they are always available to help out with any issues that we may have. They also give us access to their team which is very helpful when it comes time for upgrades or other things. I dislike that sometimes it takes a while to get an answer from them. It would be nice if they could send an email reminder every so often. We use this service for our blog. It has been working great for us!
