I love that they have built out our BI platform in house rather than using off-the shelf software or services from third parties; this has allowed us not only greater control over how we build it but also ensured more direct feedback into its development cycle. The UI/UX is quite dated as well - some features (such as charts) don't even work! Some of these issues could be resolved by investing time within the product itself however you'd need good technical skills which isn't always available internally. We've been able to roll up all sorts of metrics such as revenue per employee for each department, number of customers onboarded etc through APTUM's robust analytics engine allowing me and my team to make quick decisions when analysing KPIs across departments.
