Is this shoe cabinet the best quality? Not even close. The side tubes are made of plastic, as are the connectors and the shelves are made of a material that falls somewhere between paper and cheap cotton. Was assembly easy? Not from afar. It took me 30-45 minutes to slide and slide this cumbersome shelf into something usable. Do 24 to 30 pairs of shoes fit in? If you're using a top shelf and have a few pairs you want to squash in the side pockets, which are super small and barely fit shoes, then yes. Do I want to spend a little more to get something more durable and beautiful? Emphasizes yes. But I've spent way too much time with this thing, and now it's become a part of my home for better or for worse. On a positive note, they come with supplements for each part, which I appreciated.
