The chair arrived with both metal legs in what I would describe as 'problematic' condition. As I didn't even get past step 1 of assembly due to the mangled metal parts, I don't know about the fit or feel of this chair, but I can say that the fabric was a nice dark gray color and felt nice. qualitative. No reordering as Revain customer service refused to ship a replacement or any other work chair until, in the words of a spokesperson, they "send back this broken chair for damage assessment". I offered to send pictures but was told I would have to wait 7-10 days after they returned the chair to get my money back. Very disappointing as I am in dire need of a working chair but financially I will have to wait.
