Review on Hunter Fan Company 44" LED Kit 59452 Low Profile Minimus Ceiling Fan with Remote Control, Fresh White Finish - Ultra Quiet, Energy Efficient Light by Jaime Thomas

I like this fan very much. I might order a second one soon. It has a great modern look. Runs silently. Good airflow. Low profile design. The installation is quite easy. Unfortunately I found two problems. 1) No control without remote control or wall switch. If you connect the remote to a wall switch so that the fan and light are linked together, you can control them both independently with just the remote. DO NOT LOSE THE REMOTE CONTROL. An improvement would be to put fan controls and on/off buttons somewhere on the fan itself. 2) The fan makes a nice little beep when you use the remote to adjust the fan or turn something on or off. It gives the fan a modern "advanced" touch. However, it is a bit noisy and may disturb a sleeping person. I would suggest the ability to adjust the volume or turn it on or off. Bonus: LED lighting. Why not regulate the brightness of the light like a fan? Fix these two things and you'll have a great fan!
