Our crazy 14 year old RC has been racing cars and trucks for about five years, and the Traxxas Bandit was his first high-end radio-controlled car. and it was probably his favorite. This Permatex grease works very well in the differential, which we clean and repack every three or four hours of use. The Bandit's diff is not closed, so thinner greases or liquids will be squeezed out or flow straight out. This grease coats everything with a film of lithium to make it last longer. However, compared to other marine and agricultural diff lubricants, it is quite thin and needs to be changed regularly. Traxxas weighs only 0.16 ounces. The same, only bigger and cheaper. Good product. Since we do a lot of off-road driving on grass, sand and mud, it's normal for our cars and trucks to still break down after a few hours of work.
